Dr. Alice Fornari, EdD, RDN, will speak on how to elevate your career and professional identity by exploring the theoretical background and evidence base for mentoring, role modeling, and sponsorship, as applicable to a career in health professions education and librarianship

Dr. Fornari is a Professor in Science Education, Occupational Health and Family Medicine and an Associate Dean of Educational Skills Development, Zucker School of Medicine. She is the Vice President of Faculty Development for the 23 hospitals of the Northwell Health organization.
