Any individual working for a LILRC member institution is entitled to the member rate
for workshops. Please check lilrc.org/membership/directory for your institution’s
membership status, prior to submitting your registration form.
Students must be working towards a MLS Degree.
Only personal checks will be accepted for the discounted student rate.
If the payment is made by an institution, the full member/nonmember rate must be
Retired Librarian Member:
Retired librarians can be members of LILRC with a retired librarian membership for a
$25 member fee per year, which grants the discounted registration rate.
When a librarian retires from a LILRC institution, he/she is no longer a member unless
they join LILRC as a Retired Librarian.
Payments can be made online, submitted via check with the completed registration form, or indicate with your registration if an invoice is required and the anticipated date payment can be expected.
Multiple workshops can be included on one check; the check will be deposited after the
conclusion of the first registered class.
Please notify LILRC at least three (3) full business days prior to a scheduled workshop to
be eligible for a full refund.
You may send another person in your place if you are unable to attend without penalty.
Cancellations within two (2) business days and no shows will not be refunded.
Please indicate on the registration form if you would like a FREE Continuing Education
One (1) coupon is given to every LILRC member institution upon membership renewal.
Coupon excludes: Annual Archives Month Conference and Annual Conference on
Libraries and the Future.
Coupons may only be used for the year on the coupon.
