  • 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Sayville Library, Room A/B

  • Any staff member of a LILRC Institutional Member or a LILRC Retired Member

Learn how to provide support and resources to your staff that have become or will become caregivers to their aging family members.  Finding a work-life balance can be difficult, and managing staff in that transition can seem overwhelming.

The Bristal offers valuable resources for both employers and employees that will help prepare for the road ahead.  This interactive workshop is designed to be a resource of information and options for staff members that finds themselves in the caregiver role and is unsure how to proceed, or where to even start.

Presenters: Sharon Andrew-Ritter, The Bristal, Stephen Joseph from PRN Physical Therapy, and Daphne Perry, MPH, PHR, SHRM-CP, Program Director at Stony Brook Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease

A certificate for 2 Professional Development Hours (.2 CEU's) will be emailed after the workshop.

627 N. Sunrise Service Road, Bellport NY, 11713, (631) 675-1570
