PURPOSE: This position is responsible for seeing that the building and grounds are clean, safe, and free of hazards to public and staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES: •Setup and break down meeting room (chairs, tables, etc.) following instructions. • Empty trash receptacles; replacing liners/cleaning baskets as needed. • Clean staff room/washroom facilities (toilets, sink, walls, floors.) Replenishes lavatory supplies as needed. • Vacuums all carpets; spot clean carpet as needed. • Sweeps and mops floors. • Dusts walls, furniture, washing countertops, tabletops, and other articles as needed. • Wiping down program tables after use. • Secures building at closing; sets alarm. • May also be required to open/close building. • Snow removal; shoveling and putting down ice melt. • Other routine cleaning duties as required under supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Responsible, dependable and flexibility a must. • Able to work independently and as a team. • Related experience.

STARTING SALARY: $19.68 per hour
