The Council shall have a Strategic Planning Committee that shall meet at least once a year to evaluate the Council’s Plan of Service and recommend new service initiatives and long-range goals to the Board. There shall be four Board members of the Committee appointed by the President and the President shall serve as a member. The Director shall serve in an ex-officio capacity.
