NON-NEW YORK STATE RESIDENTS,  ONLY. 

Thank you for your interest in this program.   If you are NOT a New York State Resident please complete the registration form below.  If there is a fee associated with your registration, you will receive an invoice within 72 hours.  This invoice must be paid in full before we can issue a CEU. 

(If you are a LILRC Member, ESLN Council Member (if your Library is a member of an ESLN Council) or a New York State Resident) you are required to have a LILRC account, do not complete this registration, it will be deleted.)
