Setting the Stage for Success: Expectations, Tools & Training

Clear expectations are one of the most powerful tools a leader has. But expectations are often underused or not, in fact, clear. This session will focus on how to communicate clear expectations, ensure staff have the tools and training they need, and create a culture where questions are welcomed and clarity is the norm.
