But expectations are often underused or not, in fact, clear. This session will focus on how to communicate clear expectations, ensure staff have the tools and training they need, and create a culture where questions are welcomed and clarity is the norm. About 2 Librarians Consulting Kate Hall and Kathy Parker have been collaborating on various committees, library boards and programming for over a decade.
