This webinar introduces essential project management principles with a focus on effective communication and teamwork. It covers the Abilene Paradox, a common decision-making pitfall, and strategies to overcome it. Additionally, the session explores the Six Thinking Hats method by Edward de Bono, a practical tool for structured thinking, problem-solving, and brainstorming in managing project collaborations and meetings. The webinar aims to provide practical insights and techniques to help librarians enhance their project management skills, foster collaboration, and ensure successful project outcomes.
