In our high tech and hybrid world effective communication skills are necessary. All too often mistakes occur and conflicts get generated due to miscommunication. Some of the most complicated and difficult communications are exchanged at the workplace including coaching and disciplinary matters. The communication process is often complicated by the fact that managers/supervisors must communicate with “difficult” and “challenging” personalities. This program will offer the nuts and bolts of being a more effective communicator and the keys to managing difficult  communications and personalities.

Presented by: Joshua Bienstock, JD., LLM, Associate Professor of Business Law, New York Institute of Technology, School of Management
