A discussion about the practices and services that allow users to locate archival materials and addressing users needs in a changing digital landscape. This is a continuation of the series started in 2022 explaining the steps of archival management. If you are new to archival arrangement or simply curious, this introduction will help explain the thinking behind the work of an archivist.
