Session 1: HR Insurance Essentials

In this session, we'll explore the critical aspects of Human Resources (HR) insurance,  covering medical (health, dental, vision, life), unemployment, and worker's  compensation. We'll unravel the alphabet soup of insurance with terms like HSA, HRA,  FSA, premium, deductible, and lifetime max. Learn the ins and outs of obtaining  coverage—should you go with a pool, broker, or other options? We'll guide you in  understanding how to determine the right coverage for your employees and discuss  preventative measures to keep costs in check. Walk through the claims process for  medical, unemployment, and worker's comp, and gain insights on handling legal  matters.
