Managing a Hybrid Workforce (in person and remote workers)

As employees are being asked to return to work as COVID 19 winds down, many are resisting and seeking to continue to work remotely. Employers are finding that it is beneficial to have a hybrid workforce model where some work at the brick-and-mortar location and some work remotely. This so-called hybrid model is presenting managers with unique challenges. This program will offer strategies to maintain harmony and productivity in the hybrid work environment.
