Risk Management in the Field of Library Management

In our increasingly litigious business world, it is an imperative that Library Administrators be aware of the daily risks that they face while trying to serve the public. A failure to have basic risk management awareness skills can expose an organization to avoidable legal liability. This program will facilitate an understanding, methodology and best practices of risk management.
