Please join LILRC for a conversation with Kacen Callender (they/them), a bestselling and award winning author of fiction books for children, teens, and adults, including King and the Dragonflies (2020 National Book Award Winner 2021, Coretta Scott King Honor Book 2021, Lambda Literary Award Winner 2021), Felix Ever After (Stonewall Honor Book 2021, A Time Magazine Best YA Book of All Time) Hurricane Child (Stonewall Book Award Winner 2019, Lambda Literary Award Winner 2019), and the upcoming Moonflower (July 2022). Kacen will speak about their books and then participate in a moderated conversation with attendees.
