, is currently the executive director of the Mid-Hudson Library System in New York, a 66-member public library consortium. Co-Founder of the Sustainable Libraries Initiative at the New York Library Association and co-chair of the American Library Association's Special Task Force on Sustainability, Rebekkah is the author of Sustainable Thinking: Ensuring Your Library's Future in an Uncertain World and Resilience
, part of ALA Editions' Library Futures Series as well as the Handbook for New Library Directors in New York State
and is the co-author of the Handbook for Library Trustees in New York State
. Rebekkah currently writes a sustainability column for Library Journal, serves on the board of the Center for the Future of Libraries, and speaks internationally on the topic of sustainability and libraries.
