How to do Long Range Planning in a Crisis

Attendees will learn about long range planning and identifying potential pitfalls.  This will include exercises for identifying your organizations core competencies, strengths and weaknesses, and visioning where your organization might be in 5 or 10 years.  Attendees will learn how to develop contingency plans for potential problems with long range plans.  This program is designed for directors and assistant directors as well as those aspiring to a leadership position in libraries.

If you do not already have a zoom account you will be prompted to do so upon logging into the meeting.  If this is the first time you are using Zoom, after you have created an account, you can join the meeting by entering the Meeting ID/ Password provided to you in the confirmation email.  You can access all subsequent Zoom meetings by clicking the meeting link in the confirmation email.
