It can help with time management, the creation of workflows to meet milestones and provide deliverables, and create efficiencies in communication. Join Jaime Barrilleaux from EBSCO as she discusses her experiences with project management, what worked and what didn't, and free tools that are available to you to enable effective project management at your organization.
