Effective project management is an essential skill in today's workplace. It can be used to manage personal tasks, as well as projects that involve multiple team members or departments. It can help with time management, the creation of workflows to meet milestones and provide deliverables, and create efficiencies in communication. Join Jaime Barrilleaux from EBSCO as she discusses her experiences with project management, what worked and what didn't, and free tools that are available to you to enable effective project management at your organization.

About Jaime Barrilleaux
Jaime is the eLearning Training Specialist at EBSCO. She hosts online training sessions covering multiple EBSCO products, in addition to designing and delivering training videos for product lifecycles and eLearning paths. Jaime previously worked in member support and engagement for a statewide academic library consortium and as an acquisitions specialist at an academic library. She earned her MLIS from the University of Southern Mississippi in December 2012.

If you do not already have a zoom account you will be prompted to do so upon logging into the meeting.  If this is the first time you are using Zoom, after you have created an account, you can join the meeting by entering the Meeting ID/ Password provided to you in the confirmation email.  You can access all subsequent Zoom meetings by clicking the meeting link in the confirmation email.
