This workshop addresses the unique challenges that we face with respect to isolation, disruption, stress induced by COVID 19 and suggests best practices to maintain our mental equilibrium, manage our work and home relationships and mitigate daily conflict. We will discuss managing relationships with spouses, significant others, children, roommates and colleagues.
