To be a successful leader, we need to have a long-term vision even when we have conflicting or unclear information. Through case studies and interactive discussion, we will develop your strategic thinking skills so that you can better understand your team’s challenges and identify opportunities. Learn about the biases we often make during the decision making process, and how you can maximize your planning process.

Workshop highlights:
• enhancing your strategic thinking
• identifying opportunities
• communicating your vision to others

Who should attend?
Library directors, managers, board members, etc.

Presenter: Lily Cushenbery, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Management, College of Business, Stony Brook University

A certificate for 2 Professional Development Hours (.2 CEU's) will be emailed after the workshop.
