Are Our Young Adults Stressed or Depressed?

In this training we discuss the overlap between typical adolescence and exploration into possible mental health conditions.  Participants will learn a great deal more about the adolescent mental Health challenges we see today,  such as Suicide, Depression, Anxiety, Non-suicidal Self Injury, and Overthinking.  Adults will learn how to be a protective factor for our youth by being a trusted, nonjudgmental adult.  Resources are given, as well as time for Q &A

A certificate for 1.5 Professional Development Hours (.15 CEU's) will be emailed after the workshop.
